Tuesday
Meal: Skillet Chicken Thighs with Creamer Potatoes and Green Beans
Description: Boneless chicken thighs are browned in a skillet with halved creamer potatoes until golden and tender. Steamed green beans on the side keep it simple and familiar.

Meal: Baked Meatballs and Pasta with Ragu Sauce
Description: Frozen meatballs bake until hot and are tossed with spaghetti and mild Ragu sauce. A sprinkle of cheese on top makes it a kid favorite.

Prep time: 30 minutes

Meal: Breakfast Sausage and Cheese Quesadillas
Description: Crumbled breakfast sausage and melty cheese are folded into crisp flour tortillas and cut into wedges. They are easy to dip in ketchup or mild salsa.

Meal: Oven-Roasted Pork Loin Slices with Carrots and Mashed Potatoes
Description: Boneless pork loin chops roast in the oven alongside tender carrots and are served sliced over creamy mashed potatoes. Mild seasoning keeps it comforting and kid-friendly.

Serving note: Assumed 1 lb of boneless pork loin chops (2 to 3 chops). Roast with 4 medium carrots at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes, then slice the pork. For mash, buy a second bag of creamer potatoes, boil them, and mash with butter and milk. Total time is about 45 minutes, so boil the potatoes while the oven preheats.
