Monday
Meal: Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs with Roasted Potatoes and Baby-Cut Carrots
Description: Juicy chicken thighs are brushed with sweet BBQ sauce and baked until sticky and tender. Potato wedges and baby carrots roast on the same pan for an easy, kid-pleasing dinner.
Sale items used: Chicken Thighs, Russet Potatoes, Baby-Cut Carrots, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
Prep time: 15 minutes (50 minutes total with baking)
Serving note: Use 1 lb bone-in chicken thighs (about 4 small thighs), 2 medium russet potatoes cut in wedges, and 1/2 lb baby carrots (half of the 1 lb bag). Use about 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Bake at 425F for 40-45 minutes. Save the rest of the carrots for Wednesday.

Tuesday
Meal: Cheesy Beef-Free Sausage Pasta Bake with Prego Sauce
Description: Sliced smoked sausage, pasta and mild Prego sauce are topped with melty cheese and baked until bubbly. It is a familiar, fun dish that kids will happily eat.
Sale items used: Eckrich Sausage Links, Frederik's Pasta, Prego Sauce, Sargento Shredded Cheese
Prep time: 15 minutes (40 minutes total with baking)
Serving note: Use 1/2 box pasta (8 oz), 1 package sausage links (about 13 oz, use about 8 oz), 1 jar Prego (about 1.5 cups needed), and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. Leftovers make a good lunch. Save the remaining pasta for Friday.
Wednesday
Meal: Pan-Fried Pork Chops with Buttery Rice and Carrots
Description: Two bone-in pork chops are pan-fried with a simple salt and pepper seasoning until golden. They are served with buttery rice and tender steamed carrots.
