5-DAY MEAL PLAN

Monday

Serving note: Use 6 eggs, 0.5 lb asparagus (about 8 oz, trimmed and cut in 1-inch pieces), and about 1 cup shredded cheese from one Kroger Cheese package. Serve with 1 salad kit. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes after sauteing the asparagus.
