Description: Dairy. Gnocchi is tossed in passata with onion and garlic, topped with shredded cheese, and baked until bubbly. Serve it with a simple iceberg side salad for two.

Prep time: 35 minutes

Meal: Seasoned Ground Beef Tacos
Description: Meat. Ground beef is browned with onion and taco spices, then piled into warm flour tortillas with lettuce, tomato, and avocado. No cheese or sour cream is used, so the meal stays strictly meat.

Thursday
Meal: Pan-Fried Chicken Sausage with Bucatini and Tomato Sauce
Description: Meat. Chicken sausages are pan-fried until browned, sliced, and tossed with bucatini in a quick sauce of passata and sauteed onion. It uses olive oil only, with no cheese on top.
