Tuesday
Meal: Skillet Ground Beef and Pepper Rice Bowls
Description: Browned ground beef is cooked with sliced multicolor peppers and onion. It is served over a pouch of ready rice for a quick bowl.

Meal: Slow-Roasted Pulled-Style Pork Shoulder Butt Roast with Creamer Potatoes
