Why these meals: This week gives you a different protein every night, all low-carb: ham steak on Monday, pork tenderloin on Tuesday, shrimp on Wednesday, rotisserie chicken on Thursday, and tuna and egg stuffed tomato cups on Friday. Broccoli turns up on Monday and Friday, and plum tomatoes on Thursday and Friday, so it makes sense to grab those in the larger amounts listed.
