Monday

Prep time: 35 minutes
Serving note: Use 1 bone-in chop, about 0.5 lb total. Use 2 medium potatoes (about 0.75 lb from the 10 lb bag) and 1 tbsp butter for mashing. Heat 1 can or bag of vegetables, using about 1 cup. Season the chop with salt and pepper only.

Tuesday
Meal: Baked Tilapia with Crispy Oven Potato Wedges
Description: A mild, flaky tilapia fillet baked until tender, served with crunchy oven wedges for dipping. Kids can help toss the wedges in oil and seasoning.
Sale items used: Sea Best Frozen Fresh Tilapia Fillets, Green Giant Idaho Potatoes
Prep time: 40 minutes
Serving note: Use 1 fillet (about 4-6 oz) and 1 large potato (about 0.5 lb) cut into wedges. Bake the wedges at 425F for 30 minutes and the fish for the final 12-15 minutes. Thaw the fillet in the fridge overnight. Serve with ketchup.
Wednesday
Meal: Skillet Ground Chuck Tacos
Description: Seasoned ground chuck is browned in a skillet and tucked into crunchy taco shells. Kids can build their own tacos with a sprinkle of toppings.

Prep time: 20 minutes
Serving note: Use 0.33 lb ground chuck (about 5 oz) with about 2 tbsp of the taco seasoning packet, mild. Serve in 3 shells. The shell box has extras for later use. Top with cheese or lettuce if on hand.
